HoYoFair 2024: "Flame Fusion Art and Music Festival"

HoYoFair is a fan art special screening event held in September, following the success of April's event.

To ensure a high-quality fan art screening experience, we planned and executed the event by renting an entire theater and the event lobby.

Thanks to the enthusiastic response, significantly more visitors attended the on-site event at Jamsil Lotte Cinema World Tower compared to April's event at Shinchon Megabox.

Honkai 3rd X Dalcomm

Sweet Memories

This was a three-way collaboration event between Honkai 3rd, Dalcomm, and STARROAD.

The tastes of Honkai 3rd fans and the seasonal theme were seamlessly incorporated into the event.


A special themed offline café was launched, and the entire franchise offered collaboration-exclusive menus and special deals.

NIKKE : GODDESS OF VICTORY

'RISE ON' Launching ceremonial first Offline Event

The venue design mirrored the game's environment, transforming the basement level into a captivating 'ARK' cityscape. The first floor served as a transitional bridge, connecting attendees to the ground level providing resting area with beverage. Finally, the second floor replicated a ground combat site with interactive events.

We developed and implemented a high-fidelity shooting game system that mirrored NIKKE’s gameplay mechanics.

This immersive experience proved highly successful in eliciting client satisfaction.

ChildFund Korea

'SLUM OUT Campaign'

 

ChildFund Korea aimed to authentically recreate the challenging lives of Kenyan children.

The project's success hinged on ensuring its robustness, as the contract stipulated it be executed ten times a year.

Given these requirements, STARROAD eschewed the easier route of outsourcing and instead managed the entire process in-house, from blueprints to booth manufacturing.

Additionally, we procured and produced all the props in-house, meticulously designing the venue to provide an immersive experience.

EPICSEVEN : Miracle Maid Kingdom

First Ofline Event after Media Showcase

We planned for the venue for EPIC SEVEN Miracle Maid Kingdom, the first offline event since the media showcase.

As the event concept centerd around a maid cafe, we used a pink theme combined with the in-game elements. The 2nd floor was dedicated to the maid event stage and the 1st floor featured the event zone and pop-up store.

Additionally, since the event was held in Feburary, we created extra waiting area using a  glasshouse to ensure user satisfaction.

「Sweet Memories」

This collaboration event was held in about 50 stores around in korea, using Gyo-dae station store as a themed store.

Themed store was filled with characters Elysia and Kiana, stars of the themed cafe, while various props were used for Spring and Summer to feel the change of the season.

And to commemorate the Honkai Impact 3rd X Dal.Komm coffe collaboration, we also created a custom event game machine, allowing visitors to make sweet memories.

New Normal Soft : Tempest

The Dark Horse of 2023 G-STAR

We deigned the booth for New Normal Soft's new game 'Tempest', making it's debut at the 2023 G-STAR.

 

Our goal was to create an unmissable, sensational presence that would attract the largest crowd among all G-STAR booths.

We foused on two main elements to capture the attention af visitors. First, we used a large curved LED display to showcase exciting game battles from multiple angles, ensuring all attandees could enjoy the spectacle. Second, we aimed to provide an eSports-like experience with live commentary, allowing spectators to experience the game indirectly.

With STARROAD's solutions, Tempest acheived the second place in the user community's selection of the best booths at G-STAR, delivering out standing results for our client.

​WeMade Connect <Lost Sword>

'Simple is the best'

Our strategy for the Lost Sword booth was to overcome the limitations of a small booth by using outdoor advetising keywords.

Within the limitation of the small booth, STARROAD offerd a solution targeting not just the visitors, but all of the main exhibition hall.

Despite the booth's small size, we used four sided LED panels at the top of the booth to advertise to the foot traffic from all directions of the main exhibition hall. This allowed us to utilize over 90% of the booth as an active space and by implementing simple events that considered visitor turnover, we exceeded our targets and acheived remarkable results.

It is the role of event agency to offer a plan that acheives maximum promotional impact for the clients.

Honkai Impact 3rd has been a beloved game for many years, with high expectations from its users. As user satisfaction directly translates to client satisfaction, our planning team thoroughly studied the story and nuances of Honkai Impact 3rd to meet these expectations. Every element and decoration at the event was intentionally designed and placed to reflect this deep understanding.

We operated separate areas for sales and event experiences, integrating contrasting day and night themes into the event. This approach led to high user satisfaction and a successful event.

Closers 10th Anniversary Offline Event

Closers: The Next Chapter

Closers is a belt-scrolling action game developed by Naddic Games.

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, we organized and executed a comprehensive event, exhibition, and pop-up store with a seamless, all-in-one plan.


Due to the overwhelming positive response from attendees, the event duration was even extended.
